ABOUT OUR LOCATION

Abercelyn Country House is a Grade II listed, 18 Century, former rectory set in mature gardens, close to Lake Bala. The house has been sympathetically renovated to provide modern comforts while retaining the orginal features including marble fireplaces, window seats and shutters. The three spacious bedrooms are furnished with period pieces and all have luxury en-suite bathrooms (whirlpool bath & power-showers). Visitors may explore the mature, interesting gardens. Genuine home cooking with choice of breakfast. Facilities for outdoor activities include: drying room, bike store with repair & wash facilities, guide books & maps, advice on walking, canoeing, rafting, etc. A self-catering cottage for six people with en-suite or private bathrooms is also available.
